Who You Are
You've built and scaled production systems in startup or similarly fast-paced environments where you owned infrastructure end-to-end. You understand the full DevOps lifecycle and can balance speed with reliability as the business grows. You have strong technical opinions from real experience but stay pragmatic about tradeoffs. You're excited to work on a small, focused team where you'll have significant impact - establishing patterns, choosing tooling, and building the foundation for growth.
